Organizations earn the EU Health Certificate after undergoing a comprehensive VitOScan audit. Four main themes (Human Resource Management, Risk Management, Occupational Health and Prevention, and Vitality Management) are scored, with the final score determining whether an organization earns bronze, silver, or gold certification.
