The Foundation Quality Control on Vitality (QCoV) serves as the supervisory body that ensures the highest standards of quality management throughout the EU Health Certificate certification process, affirming its role as a trusted benchmark in vitality measurement.

Rigorous Quality Assurance Process

To maintain the EU Health Certificate’s standard of excellence, the Foundation meets biannually with a minimum of three experts in attendance at each session. During these sessions, the following structured process is undertaken:

1. Review of Progress and Outcomes

The experts review previous action plans, evaluating the impact and/or success of implemented changes and modifications to the VitOScan methodology.

2. Process and Quality Presentation

OperaSana presents proposals for updates to the VitOScan content and methodology, with focus on integration of current best practice. Any additions or modifications are strictly evidence-based, and discussed in detail by Foundation members.

3. Continuous Improvement and Recommendations

Proposals for strengthening the current quality assurance measures are provided, ensuring that each process aligns with best practices.

4. Documentation and Action Plans

The Chair records all insights and discussions, developing them into clear, actionable follow-up tasks for OperaSana to implement.

OperaSana implements amendments, monitors the results, and provides continuous feedback, which is reviewed at subsequent meetings.
