How Is It Earned?
Organizations earn the EU Health Certificate after undergoing a comprehensive VitOScan audit, which includes:
- Phase 1: A self-evaluation completed by internal experts, representing the actual situation within the organization.
- Phase 2: An external review of policy documents by an independent expert using predefined criteria, which reflects the agreed policies and standards.
- Phase 3: Interviews with key stakeholders to validate the results from the previous phases, ensuring alignment between policy and practice.
The audit covers four main themes:
- Human Resource Management
- Risk Management
- Occupational Health and Prevention
- Vitality Management
Each theme is scored, and the final score determines whether an organization earns bronze, silver, or gold certification.
